Description
Ready to fit Carbon Fibre air box system allowing the maximum volume of air to be fed to the Hayabusa engine in a Westfield XTR2. The kit contains a trimmed and bonded air box, pre-drilled backplate.
Note: air filter (part no. R01SE6098) and intake duct/filter adapter are not supplied, we recommend a 100mm NACA duct in nose cone or 2 x 75mm NACA ducts and filter adapter. Non ducted kit shown in images.
We can make the airbox a bespoke height if needed, default is 55mm along one side and 95mm along the Suzuka 6″ filter canister side.
When ordering, please specify if a pre 2008 GEN I engine or post 2008 GEN II engine as the backplate drilling is different due to different trumpet spacings. GEN I is 80mm trumpet centres, 64.75mm diameter, GENII is Middle two 89.5mm, Outer two 75.5mm centres.
