This Delivery Policy explains how MacG Racing Ltd (“MacG Racing”, “we”, “us”, “our”) delivers orders placed via https://macgracing.co.uk/ (the “Site”). It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Returns and Refunds Policy, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery Partners

We use a range of trusted couriers depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. Smaller items are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger or higher-value items are generally sent via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The exact carrier used for your order may vary depending on stock location, product type, and destination.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary by product, as postage pricing depends heavily on the size, weight, and value of the item — a small component such as a rose joint costs significantly less to ship than a full suspension kit. The exact delivery cost for each product is shown on the relevant product page and at checkout, so you will always see the correct cost before completing your order.

As a general guide, our delivery charges range from a minimum of £12.95 up to a maximum of £250.00, depending on the product ordered. Typical cost ranges by brand/product category include:

We do not currently offer a free delivery threshold; delivery charges apply to all orders regardless of order value.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary significantly depending on the product ordered:

In-stock items typically dispatch within a few days of order confirmation.
Custom-made or made-to-order products (such as bespoke suspension kits) can take considerably longer, as lead times are set by individual suppliers and manufacturers. Lead times for custom items may range from several weeks up to approximately 12 weeks.

Where possible, an estimated lead time will be indicated on the relevant product page. If a specific delivery estimate is not shown, please contact us before ordering to confirm current lead times, particularly for bespoke or custom-manufactured items.

Unless a longer timeframe has been clearly agreed with you at the point of order (for example, for custom or made-to-order items), we aim to deliver your order within 30 calendar days of order confirmation, in line with UK consumer protection law. If we are unable to deliver within any agreed timeframe, we will contact you to agree a new delivery date; if delivery is still not made, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Click and Collect

Click and collect is available for orders. However, please note that in most cases, standard delivery charges will still apply, as many products are shipped to us from suppliers or manufacturers before being available for collection from our premises. We will confirm collection availability and any applicable charges at the time of order.

International Delivery and Customs

For orders delivered outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges applied on arrival in the destination country. These charges are outside our control and cannot be predicted in advance. You are considered the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with the import regulations of your destination country.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issue with delivery, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant courier.
