Carbon Fibre side skirt sill extensions are a bolt-on replacement for the Lotus Exige S3 V6 (12 – ) and are supplied as a left-hand and right-hand pair with rubber rivet nuts and M6 bolts. Fits standard clamshell with standard arches, the outside seen edge is protected with a rubber “U” channel moulding. If you require a black radius painted outer edge instead of rubber moulding then these can be made special order only (+ 200+VAT). Manufactured from high quality Autoclaved Carbon Fibre PU Foam cored sheet for superior rigidity and finish, these side skirts are a perfect addition to improve the style of your Lotus Exige S3 V6. You must fit a Rubber or Neoprene or other type of insulator between the Carbon surface and the aluminium chassis, best applied along the chassis side edges first. A 50mm wide by 2mm thick EPDM self-adhesive strip will be supplied to each side to do this, this is to stop corrosion issues between the carbon fibre and aluminium chassis. If your Exige is fitted with mudflaps, please advise us as we can cut the extensions down to allow proper fitment with the mudflaps in place.
