These upgrade final drive sets are manufactured using Albins gear profile grinding technique which delivers a perfect tooth profile after heat treatment. Increased reliability, reduced noise and reduced gear pitting are distinct advantages when fitting Albins kits manufactured via gear profile grinding.
Isotropic finishing is available as an option on this product. Anti-fatigue shot peening treatment is standard on all Albins products.
Albins gearsets are manufactured using steel from their on-site steel store that is stocked with their own proprietary grade of steel.
